When you place an order for our chocolate bonbons, gummy candy or seasonal confectionery, we'll prepare it with care. If your plans change, let us know as soon as you can so we can adjust or offer your slot to another customer. We may cancel orders if payment doesn't process.
Our range of chocolates, lollipops, desserts and premium sweets is shown in good faith, with prices subject to change as ingredients and seasons shift. If an item is out of stock, we'll suggest the closest alternative from our confectionery collection.
For bespoke chocolate moulds, personalised gift boxes or custom confectionery, we ask for several days' notice and may request a deposit. If you need to cancel, contact us early and we'll work flexibly with you.
